POST-DOCTORAL/EARLY CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The Center for Neuropsychology and Counseling is a private-pay, group private practice in suburban Philadelphia (Bucks County) comprised of 15 staff members including clinical, counseling and neuropsychologists, as well as cognitive rehabilitation and autism specialists. Ours in an interactive, collaborative and supportive working environment and we prioritize those that enjoy working with a team.
We are looking for a post-doctoral candidate or early career neuropsychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate can see individuals across the lifespan but the ability to see children is a must. Knowledge and experience of how the educational system works is helpful and certification in school psychology is a plus. Supervision with board-certified neuropsychologists is provided and the opportunity to supervise trainees is available.
The ideal candidate can provide consultation, assessment and treatment services to their clients but we believe in our staff being able to pursue their unique areas of interest and to craft their career according to their interests and passions. To that end, we help develop programs and referral streams to meet those needs. Currently, aside from our individual work, we provide consultation services to private schools, concussion support and education to area high schools, evaluation services of individuals with ID to a residential facility, individual and group cognitive rehab services to acquired/traumatic brain injury adults and dementia evaluation services to local hospitals.
