Dr. Katie Bradley

Hi! I’m Katie, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a recent graduate of the clinical psychology doctoral program at Chestnut Hill College. With over 13 years of experience in the field, my goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater well-being and fulfillment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to grow, I’m here to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I draw from a range of theories, including psychodynamic, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, to tailor our work to your unique needs. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings like private practice, college counseling centers, residential treatment for substance use, and community clinics. I have years of experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use and currently offer comprehensive evaluations for healthcare professionals.

Some of the areas that I help clients with include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, alcohol/drug misuse, identity development and LGBTQ+ related issues. I also have a strong interest in supporting athletes. As a former Division I athlete, I understand the unique pressures that come with sports, both internal and external, and how those experiences can shape a person’s identity and mental health.

I like to work with athletes of all ages and backgrounds—not just those currently competing, but also retired athletes, individuals who came to sports later in life, and those for whom health and fitness are a meaningful part of who they are. Whether you’re navigating performance pressure, injury, identity shifts after leaving competition, or simply working to maintain balance, I’m passionate about helping you feel supported, both on and off the field.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and kids, playing golf or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
