Fees
Below are the fees for our most common services, but not all fees are listed. Fees for other services are available upon request. Please call with any questions.
Payment
Our preferred means of payment are:

Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
We do not accept or process health insurance claims. We will provide you with a form that you can attach to your claim form. You might be able to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. We are out-of-network providers, so please check your plan to see if you have out-of-network benefits. Dr. Stone and Dr. Tanenbaum accept Medicare only.
In certain circumstances, if you disagree with the school district’s evaluation of your child or if your child needs an evaluation, he/she might be eligible for an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), which is provided at the expense of your school district. Please contact us for more information.
Doctoral trainees are also available to see patients at a significantly reduced fee. These trainees are supervised by the licensed psychologists on our staff. If interested, please contact our office for more information.
