Hello! I am currently a 4th year doctoral student studying Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill
College. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where I work alongside my clients as
they embark on their path to wellness. I integrate empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor
into my therapeutic practice to create a safe and supportive environment as well as fostering an
open and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. I
am committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can expect to feel
empowered to confront their challenges, discover strengths, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults on a variety of issues. My
primary interest lies in supporting children and youth as they navigate mood disorders such as
anxiety and depression, while also helping them build upon their strengths to achieve goals.
My journey in psychology began during a clinical experience at an alternative school where I
worked closely with students facing a spectrum of behavioral and emotional challenges.
Utilizing a collaborative approach, I provided compassionate support to foster resilience and
positive change. Further deepening my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to
complete training in both psychotherapy and assessment. I conducted individual and group
therapy sessions, gaining valuable experience in treating depression, anxiety, and externalizing
behaviors among children and adolescents. These hands-on experiences have enriched my ability
to provide comprehensive insights and personalized interventions.
Outside of my professional practice, I prioritize spending quality time with my friends, family,
and my beloved cat, Luna. I also find joy in expressing myself through painting, exploring
museums, and enjoying the outdoors.
