Dr. Jason Blake

I am a licensed psychologist, completing my neuropsychology postdoctoral residency with Dr. Jason Tanenbaum, ABPP. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of adults concerned with dementia or cognitive impairment due to various causes, with an emphasis on patients with acquired brain injury and functional neurological disorder (FND). I strive to provide high-quality neuropsychological evaluations and therapy through my training in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with modern models of cognitive rehabilitation.

I have published research on cognitive impairment following brain injury and the impact it has on individuals. I hope to further our understanding of how to improve outcomes and provide better services to deserving populations.

Outside of the clinic, I spend as much time as I can with my partner, our 1-year-old son, our dog Charlie, and our cat Nyx. Please feel free to ask me about any of my interests including reading science fiction, writing, watching movies, playing games (including video, board, and outdoor), and working on the never-ending projects around our home.
